Deep roots in the Tri-Cities
A Tri-Cities resident for over 20 years and a proud Coquitlam resident for the past decade, I am a mother, community leader, nonprofit executive and longtime volunteer. My experience includes community media, neighbourhood advocacy, finance, health care, nonprofit management and creating initiatives that bring people together.
My record is grounded in listening, building partnerships and following through on commitments.

Affordability & Protecting Taxpayers
Keep Coquitlam affordable while protecting the services residents rely on. Keep tax increases reasonable and predictable, review spending carefully, find efficiencies, and make full use of grants, partnerships and development revenues before putting additional pressure on taxpayers.
Responsible Growth
Make growth work for the people who already live here and those who will call Coquitlam home in the future. Roads, utilities, transportation, parks, recreation, housing choices and community facilities must keep pace with development.
Safe & Strong Neighbourhoods
Support first responders, safer roads and pedestrian connections, emergency preparedness, well-maintained parks and recreation, accessibility, and the community organizations and programs that keep people connected.
Accountable & Responsive Leadership
Residents deserve a City Hall that listens, communicates clearly and follows through. Major proposals should be easier to understand, public input should happen before decisions are finalized, and budgets, projects, timelines and cost changes should be reported clearly.
A Distinct Campaign Priority
Food Recovery and Food Security
Coquitlam can reduce food waste and improve access to nutritious food by bringing businesses, charities, community organizations, institutions and volunteers together.
- Support partnerships that redirect usable food to people instead of landfills.
- Consider food recovery in City events, waste-diversion planning and community grants.
- Reduce practical barriers that make it harder for organizations and businesses to participate.
For me, public service has always been about people.

As a mother, Burke Mountain resident, community leader and nonprofit executive, I have seen how growth affects roads, services, families, local organizations and neighbourhoods. I am running to bring an accessible, collaborative and practical voice to City Hall.
